As a family-owned business, Rutger’s Sugar Lake Lodge just outside of Grand Rapids works hard to build a team of hard-working employees. Whether its Julie and Jeff, who keep the Lodge's operations on track, Shannon who makes sure all is well at the front desk, executive chef Dan, or Sarah who manages events, this is a team that knows how to work hard and enjoy the good life in Northern Minnesota.
